Introduction

By placing an order with Ayat Gift Center, you agree to these terms. We keep language simple so you know what to expect when ordering personalized frames in Pakistan.

Our products

We sell personalized photo frames and LED light frames for birthdays, newborn celebrations and anniversaries. Each item is made to order from the details and photos you provide.

Order process

1. Choose a frame on our shop and add customization (design, photo, name, message).
2. Complete checkout with accurate name, phone and address — or order via WhatsApp with our team.
3. We send a free design preview (usually within about 30 minutes on WhatsApp).
4. Production starts after you approve the preview.
5. Your frame is packed and shipped; most orders arrive within 24–72 hours after approval, depending on your city.

Pricing & payment

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.
• Cash on delivery (COD) is available nationwide — pay when your order arrives.
• Easypaisa / JazzCash — optional advance payment; our team confirms account details on WhatsApp before you pay.
• Shipping: free on orders over PKR 3,000; PKR 350 standard fee on smaller orders (shown at checkout).

Design approval

You are responsible for checking spelling, names, dates and photos on the preview. Once you approve, we produce exactly what was approved. Please report any preview mistake before you confirm.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates based on city and courier conditions. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.

Returns & refunds

Personalized products cannot be returned for change of mind. Defects, damage or printing errors are handled under our Refund & Return Policy.

Limitation

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, incorrect addresses or events outside our control. We will always try to help you track and resolve delivery problems.
