Shipping & Delivery Policy

Introduction

We deliver personalized photo and LED frames across Pakistan. This page explains timelines, fees and what to expect after you approve your design.

Production time

After you approve your free WhatsApp preview, we typically prepare your frame within 24–72 hours before handing it to the courier. Busy seasons (Eid, weddings) may add a little extra time — we will tell you on WhatsApp if so.

Delivery time by area

• Lahore & major cities: often 24–48 hours after dispatch.
• Other cities & towns: usually 2–4 business days via courier.
• Remote areas: may take longer depending on courier coverage; we confirm when you order.

Shipping fees

• Free delivery on orders over PKR 3,000.
• PKR 350 standard shipping on smaller orders (shown at checkout).

Cash on delivery (COD)

COD is available nationwide. Please keep your phone reachable — the courier may call before delivery. Have the exact amount ready when possible.

Address details

Enter your complete address, landmark and correct mobile number at checkout. Wrong addresses can cause delays or failed delivery; extra courier charges may apply for re-delivery.

Order tracking

After checkout you receive an order reference (e.g. AGC-YYYYMMDD-XXXX). Message us on WhatsApp with that code for status updates. We notify you when your gift is dispatched.

Packaging

Frames are packed with protective material to reduce damage in transit. LED frames include USB power accessories as described on the product page.

Failed delivery

If the courier cannot reach you after reasonable attempts, the parcel may return to us. We will contact you to arrange re-shipment; additional shipping costs may apply.
