From the first product click to a gift at the door — every personalized order follows the same clear path: you approve the design, then we print and ship with Cash on delivery (COD) available across Pakistan.
Five steps from photo to doorstep
Personalized gifts are made to order, not pulled from a shelf. That is why the preview step sits in the middle of the process: you see the exact names, photo crop and colours before anything is printed. Below is the full path most customers follow, whether they start on the website or message us first on WhatsApp.
Step 01 — Choose your gift
Browse photo frames, LED light frames, custom mugs, apparel or keepsakes. Open any product page, pick a design template, and decide whether you need a classic print or a glowing LED piece for a bedside table or study desk.
Step 02 — Personalize online or on WhatsApp
Upload a clear photo from your phone, add names, dates or a short message (Urdu wording is welcome), and submit your order. Prefer chatting? Message us on WhatsApp with the same details — both paths lead to the same preview workflow.
Step 03 — Approve your free design preview
We build a digital mock-up and send it on WhatsApp, usually within about 30 minutes during working hours. Check spelling, crop and colours. Ask for small edits at no extra cost. We do not print until you say yes.
Step 04 — We print, pack and deliver
After approval, production starts. Most gifts are ready within 24–72 hours. Checkout shows delivery charges clearly: free delivery when your product subtotal is PKR 5,000 or more; otherwise PKR 350 in Punjab and PKR 400 outside Punjab.
Step 05 — Pay with COD or wallet
Cash on delivery (COD) is available where supported. COD orders require a 50% advance and include a 10% COD tax on the total after delivery charges. You can also pay with Easypaisa or JazzCash when you prefer wallets over cash at the door.
What makes this process different
Generic gift shops ask you to trust a listing photo. We ask you to approve your layout. Spelling mistakes, a soft photo, or the wrong date get caught on WhatsApp — not after the courier has left. That is especially useful when you are ordering from one city for delivery in another, or when several family members are contributing details to the same frame.
Production only starts after approval. Courier timing then depends on your city and the carrier schedule, but the estimate of 24–72 hours after preview is the window most orders land in. If you have a hard deadline — a birthday party, aqiqah, or anniversary dinner — order a few days ahead so preview edits and transit both fit comfortably.
